VISA FOR TANZANIA

REQUIREMENTS  

Tourist Visa

  • Submit your U.S. Passport (must have at least 6 months remaining validity)

  • 1 Visa Application Form, fully completed and signed

  • 1 Passport-type photograph

  • Copy of recent Bank Statement is required

  • If traveling with a tour group, a letter from the tour operator confirming full payment has been received.

  • If traveling individually, a photocopy of the airline tickets is preferred, or travel agency/airline itinerary. If tickets are not available, the bank statement must show min. USD2,000 available funds.

Business Visa

  • Submit your U.S. Passport (must have at least 6 months remaining validity)

  • 1 Visa Application Form, fully completed and signed

  • 1 Passport-type photograph

  • A business letter of financial responsibility is required, to be typewritten on company letterhead to the attention of: Embassy of Tanzania, Visa Section, Washington D.C.

    The letter must state all of the following:

  • The purpose of travel

  • Business reference to be visited

  • Guarantee financial support for the applicant

  • Guarantee of return transportation to the U.S.A.

Business Visa
$ 50.00 - 6 Months Single Entry Visa
$100.00 - 3 Months Mutiple Entries
$200.00 - 6 Months Mutiple Entries
$300.00 - 9 Months Mulitple Entries
$400.00 - 12 Months Multiple Entries
$10.00 - Additional for 48 hours Rush

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU TO HAVE YOUR VISA PROCESSED:

  1. Valid passport.

  2. Visa application Forms for Tanzania , completed in full. Incomplete documents will result in significant delays in the processing time.

  3. Fulfillment of all visa application requirements as mentioned above depending on the type of visa required.

  4. Complete our Visa Processing Order Form.

  5. Visa application fee based on type of visa sought. (Visa fee is payable by money order made to the "Embassy of Tanzania")

  6. Service fees payable by money order to African Resources Center as follows:

    7. i) Tourist: $40.00
    ii) Business: $40.00

  7. We recommend that you send documents via track-able courier service such as, Priority Mail, Express Mail, FedEx, UPS, Airborne Express, or DHL. (Metered stamps are not acceptable.)
