VISA FOR SUDAN

REQUIREMENTS  

Transit Visa:

  • Issued to persons going to the Sudan for the purpose of transit, tourism or whose stay would be one (1) to seven (7) days.

  • The country of destination after the Sudan should be indicated on the application form, together with the anticipated date of arrival and departure from Sudan.

  • Applicant's passport should be duly endorsed for permission to enter the next country of destination after the Sudan before application for a transit visa is made at the office.

  • Fee is $150.00 (Non Sudanese)

Entry Visa:

  • Issued to persons going to the Sudan for the purpose of tourism or business whose stay would be from eight (8) days to three (3) months.

  • Extensions of periods of stay in the Sudan may be done through the Passport, Immigration and Nationality Office in Khartoum, Sudan.

  • Fee is $50.00 (Sudanese passports) and $150.00 for (Non Sudanese Passports)

Other Requirements:

  • Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of entry into the Sudan.

  • Passports should NOT have Israeli visas or immigration stamps affixed to it.

  • Yellow fever and Cholera vaccinations are recommended.

  • One (1) filled out application form. (Photocopies may be made of the form).

  • One (1) passport sized photograph.

  • Visa application forms must be signed by the applicant.

  • For tourists: Authentic documents from the travel agent stating reservations for a round-trip ticket or a bank statement showing financial capability for the said trip.

  • For business: A letter from the sponsoring company, stating the purpose of the trip, duration of stay, financial responsibility and references in the Sudan. Copies of correspondences with contacts in the Sudan are most welcome.

  • In cases of Diplomatic and Official passports, diplomatic notes are required.

  • No fees are required for Diplomatic and Official passports.

  • If the husband, wife and/or children are in one passport, the fee will be for one (1) only.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU TO HAVE YOUR VISA PROCESSED:

  1. Valid passport.

  2. Visa application Forms for Sudan , completed in full. Incomplete documents will result in significant delays in the processing time.

  3. Fulfillment of all visa application requirements as mentioned above depending on the type of visa required.

  4. Complete our Visa Processing Order Form.

  5. Visa application fee based on type of visa sought. (Visa fee is payable by money order made to the "Embassy of Sudan")

  6. Service fees payable by money order to African Resources Center as follows:

    7. i) Tourist: $40.00
    ii) Business: $40.00

  7. We recommend that you send documents via track-able courier service such as, Priority Mail, Express Mail, FedEx, UPS, Airborne Express, or DHL. (Metered stamps are not acceptable.)
