VISA FOR RWANDA

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Two (2) copies of the Visa Print Application Form. You must submit each copy with an original signature

  2. Two (2) passport-size photographs signed by the applicant

  3. Valid passport.

  4. If you are going to Rwanda on official business or if you are being sent by a company or organization, please include a letter from your employer introducing you and stating the purpose of your visit with your application.

  5. If you are going to Rwanda for other reasons, please describe in a letter the specific activities planned and the exact period of stay in Rwanda.

U.S. Citizens do not require a Visa to travel to Rwanda.

 

For all non-U.S. passport holders: you should send a copy of your documentation authorizing you to stay in the United States. If you cannot provide this documentation, please obtain your visa in the passport country of origin.

 

A yellow fever shot is required. We do not have to see your inoculation booklet in order for you to obtain a visa.

 

Payment is by BANK CHECK or MONEY ORDER only.

Please do not send cash or a personal check.

a) Single Entry Visa    $60.00

b) Multiple Entry Visa    $90.00

If your time is limited, you may rush your order for an additional $30.00. 

 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU TO HAVE YOUR VISA PROCESSED:

  1. Valid passport.

  2. Two  Visa application Forms for Rwanda (short term visa), completed in full. Incomplete documents will result in significant delays in the processing time.

  3. Fulfillment of all visa application requirements as mentioned above depending on the type of visa required.

  4. Complete our Visa Processing Order Form.

  5. Visa application fee based on type of visa sought. (Visa fee is payable by money order made to the "Embassy of Rwanda")

  6. Service fees payable by money order to African Resources Center as follows:

    7. i) Tourist: $40.00
    ii) Business: $40.00

  7. We recommend that you send documents via track-able courier service such as, Priority Mail, Express Mail, FedEx, UPS, Airborne Express, or DHL. (Metered stamps are not acceptable.)

PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE VISA FORM IS CORRECTLY FILLED, PHOTOGRAPHS ENCLOSED AND THE CORRECT FEE ENCLOSED BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION TO ENSURE PROMPT PROCESSING OF YOUR APPLICATION.
