VISA FOR NIGER

REQUIREMENTS

Tourist Visa

  • Submit your U.S. Passport with at least three months remaining validity

  • 3 Visa Application Forms, fully completed and signed

  • 3 Passport-type photographs required

  • International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever

  • Copy of round trip airline ticket or itinerary, or letter from travel agent

Business Visa

  • Submit your U.S. Passport with at least three months remaining validity

  • 3 Visa Application Forms, fully completed and signed

  • 3 Passport-type photographs required

  • International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever

  • A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
    Embassy of Niger, Visa Section, Washington DC

    The letter must explain all of the following:

  • The nature of business to be performed;

  • Name and address of reference to be visited

  • Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit.

  • The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

Fees:

Consular Fee:

$35.58 Per Visa - for stay up to 30 Days

$88.94 Per Visa - for stays over 30 Days

$20.00 per visa rush fee (optional)

 

The NIGER tourist or business visa is usually valid for one entry for three months from date issued, provided the passport remains valid, for a stay not to exceed 30-90 days according to terms of the visa. A double entry visa is available upon written request, to enter Niger twice within 30 days ($71.16 Consular fee) or twice within three months ($177.88 Consular fee)

 

Passport must have at least three months remaining validity and contain at least one blank visa page for visa to be issued.

 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU TO HAVE YOUR VISA PROCESSED:

  1. Valid passport.

  2. Three  Visa application Forms for Niger (short term visa), completed in full. Incomplete documents will result in significant delays in the processing time.

  3. Fulfillment of all visa application requirements as mentioned above depending on the type of visa required.

  4. Complete our Visa Processing Order Form.

  5. Visa application fee based on type of visa sought. (Visa fee is payable by money order made to the "Embassy of Niger")

  6. Service fees payable by money order to African Resources Center as follows:

    7. i) Tourist: $40.00
    ii) Business: $40.00

  7. We recommend that you send documents via track-able courier service such as, Priority Mail, Express Mail, FedEx, UPS, Airborne Express, or DHL. (Metered stamps are not acceptable.)
