VISA FOR MOZAMBIQUE

REQUIREMENTS

1. Applicants must submit the original passport that should be valid at least six (6) months from date of submission and have at least one(1) blank page for visa stamp (amendment pages are not acceptable); 

2. Fill-out one (1) application form 

3. One(1) passport-sized photograph or two (2) passport-sized photographs for first-time applicants or those who have visas issued before August 1998; 

4. If requesting for a business visa, a letter from the applicant's company is required; 

5. If requesting for a residence or working visa, work contract should be attached on the application; 

6. If requesting for a visitor’s visa, the name and address of the person to be visited in Mozambique should be written on the application form and a letter of invitation should be attached; 

7. If requesting for a student visa, a letter of acceptance from the school should be attached; 

8. If requesting for a transit visa, the applicant must have the visa for the final destination; 

9. All applicants should write their residence address and phone number on the application form;
   

10. Make all checks payable to the Embassy Of Mozambique.
    
    Fees: 
    US$20.00 for Single Entry - two-weeks service (ten working days) 
    US$40.00 for Multiple Entries - two-weeks service (ten working days) 
    US$40.00 for Single Entry - three business-days service 
    US$60.00 for Multiple Entries - three business-days service 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU TO HAVE YOUR VISA PROCESSED:

1. Valid passport.

2. One Visa Application Form for Mozambique; Visa application Form for Mozambique (short term visa), completed in full. Incomplete documents will result in significant delays in the processing time.

3. Fulfillment of all visa application requirements as mentioned above depending on the type of visa required.

4. A  passport-size photographs of applicant (Very Important)

5. Complete our Visa Processing Order Form.

6. Visa application fee based on type of visa sought. (Visa fee is payable by money order made to the "Embassy of Mozambique")

7. Service fees payable by money order to African Resources Center as follows:

i) Tourist: $40.00
ii) Business: $40.00

8. We recommend that you send documents via track-able courier service such as, Priority Mail, Express Mail, FedEx, UPS, Airborne Express, or DHL. (Metered stamps are not acceptable.)
