business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten
on your company letterhead and addressed to: Embassy
of Mauritania, Visa Section, Washington DC
The letter must explain all of the following:

Nature
of business to be performed

Name
and address of reference to be visited

Guarantee
of return transportation and sufficient funds for the
visit.

The
letter should be signed by an officer of the company other
than the applicant.

Visa
application Forms for Mauritania (short term visa),
completed in full. Incomplete documents will result in
significant delays in the processing time.

Fulfillment
of all visa application requirements as mentioned above
depending on the type of visa required.

Complete
our Visa
Processing Order Form.

Visa
application fee based on type of visa sought. (Visa fee
is payable by money order made to the "Embassy of
Mauritania")

Service
fees payable by money order to African Resources Center
as follows:
i)
Tourist: $40.00
ii) Business: $40.00

We recommend that you send documents via track-able courier
service such as, Priority Mail, Express Mail, FedEx,
UPS, Airborne Express, or DHL. (Metered stamps are
not acceptable.)
