VISA FOR CHAD

REQUIREMENTS

To obtain a visa, the applicant must have and provide the following:

  1. A valid Passport

  2. 3 application forms

  3. 3 photographs

  4. A US$75.00 fee. This fee is payable by a check issued by your corporation or money order made to the Embassy of Chad.  Personal checks ARE NOT accepted. 

  5. A letter from your employer describing the purpose of the trip (for business visa)

  6. Clearly indicate the date of departure from the U.S. to Chad

  7. Be advised that the visa issued is valid for one month from the date of issuance. Travelers can extend their stay in Chad at the immigration service once they arrive in country.

  8. A return ticket or reservation information for tourists.

These requirements are valid for applicants from both USA and Canada.

 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU TO HAVE YOUR VISA PROCESSED:

  1. Your valid passport.

  2. Three Visa Application Forms for Chad, completed in full. Incomplete documents will result in significant delays in the processing time.

  3. Fulfillment of all visa application requirements as mentioned above depending on the type of visa required.

  4. Complete our Visa Processing Order Form.

  5. Visa application fee based on type of visa sought. (Visa fee is payable by money order made to the "Embassy of Chad")

  6. Service fees payable by money order to African Resources Center as follows:

    7. i) Tourist: $40.00
    ii) Business: $40.00

  7. We recommend that you send documents via track-able courier service such as, Priority Mail, Express Mail, FedEx, UPS, Airborne Express, or DHL. (Metered stamps are not acceptable.)

PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE VISA FORM IS CORRECTLY FILLED, PHOTOGRAPHS ENCLOSED AND THE CORRECT FEE ENCLOSED BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION TO ENSURE PROMPT PROCESSING OF YOUR APPLICATION.
