VISA FOR ALGERIA

VISA INSTRUCTIONS

• Please follow the instructions in filling out the forms.

• Both forms must bear the original signature of the applicant.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

1. Two completed application forms.

2. Two recent passport pictures attached to the forms.

3. A non refundable money order made payable to the order of the Embassy of Algeria in the amount of $55.50 for US citizens.

4. For business travel: Applicants must include a company letter stating the nature of the trip, the names of contact people and addresses of the companies in Algeria . An invitation letter will be helpful.

5. For tourism: Applicants must have an airline itinerary and a hotel reservation.

6. For family guest visits: Applicants must have an invitation, from the host in Algeria , certified by the local city hall and sent jointly with the visa application form.

Visas generally take four days to issue from time of receipt at the Embassy.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU TO HAVE YOUR VISA PROCESSED:

1. Your valid passport.

2. Two Visa Application Forms for Algeria, completed in full. Incomplete documents will result in significant delays in the processing time.

3. Fulfillment of all visa application requirements as mentioned above depending on the type of visa required.

4. Complete our Visa Processing Order Form.

5. Visa application fee based on type of visa sought. (Visa fee is payable by money order made to the "Embassy of Algeria")

6. Service fees payable by money order to African Resources Center as follows:

i) Tourist: $40.00
ii) Business: $40.00

7. We recommend that you send documents via track-able courier service such as, Priority Mail, Express Mail, FedEx, UPS, Airborne Express, or DHL. (Metered stamps are not acceptable.)
